Barker Street held our South African launch of MillerKnoll in Johannesburg & Cape Town. The Johannesburg event coincided with the launch of our new BFS-Barker group showroom in Rosebank.
With this launch, we introduced Knoll into our brand offering in addition to Herman Miller, as we become the first MillerKnoll authorised dealer in Africa.
We are thrilled to have had the MillerKnoll MEA team join us to mark this event with Nicky Liguori showcasing the story of MillerKnoll, its design approach, innovative concepts and sustainable thinking. Bertie Van Wyk will be presenting “Design with Impact” – highlighting wellness, connection and change in the work environment.
As a warm up for the Main afternoon events, Steven Souter also spoke on “Cognition In the office of the future” an exploration of the dynamic interaction between office design and employee cognition.
