Statistics South Africa ventured into a Public Private Partnership (PPP) together with Dipalopalo consortium and WBHO, Enza construction and Fikile Construction to design, build and operate its new head office building in Salvokop, Pretoria on a government owned 60 000m².
The 46 000m² building was designed by GLH & Associates Architects. Space planning, specification and selection of all the furniture was done by Paragon Interface. Barker Street was appointed as the furniture manufacturer and supplier after successfully winning the tender process.
Barker Street are one of very few furniture manufacturers in the country that are able to manufacture projects of this scale and having done so timeously to the clients satisfaction.
