A BARKER STREET CASE STUDY
Working together with the creative Paragon Group design team, Barker Street Office Furniture’s manufacturing capability ensured that over 2,200 open plan workstations and managerial desks, more than 280 boardroom and meeting tables, and 2,800 storage cabinets were installed, together with about 4,750 chairs. All on time and according to the required installation schedule.
This project falls under the PublicPrivate Partnerships banner – and of the 6 PPP’s in the head office category, Barker Street has been appointed for 3 of them – DTI, Stats SA and now DALRRD Among the installation highlights is the opulent Walnut Veneer Boardroom and meeting tables. These tables, meticulously crafted, exemplify the excellence of both Barker Street and Paragon Design.
